before your book goes in the basket you flip through every page exactly as it will print, with anything worth a second look (a soft photo, an empty frame, a line you have not written yet) shown on the page it is on. nothing is printed until you tick that you have checked it, and what you approved is what we print.
7 working days in Pakistan, about 17 days abroad from order to your door, shipping included. every book is made to order, so there is nothing to wait for in a warehouse. outside pakistan your country may add import duty; the shipping page explains who pays what.
if it arrives damaged or with anything wrong with the printing or binding, tell us within 10 days of delivery and we send a new one, free. lost in the post? same. a book made from your own photographs can’t be resold, so it can’t be returned for a change of mind once printing starts. the returns page has the detail.
